How to Connect Google Business Profile
## Step 1: Create a ReviewGen Account
Sign up at reviewgen.io and verify your email address.
## Step 2: Add Your Business
Go to Dashboard and click "Add Business". Enter your business name and select it from the Google Maps suggestions.
## Step 3: Authorize Google Access
Click "Connect Google" and sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile. Grant the required permissions.
## Step 4: Sync Reviews
Once connected, ReviewGen will automatically sync all your existing reviews and start monitoring for new ones every 30 minutes.
## Troubleshooting
- **"Business not found"** — Make sure your Google Business Profile is verified and published
- **"Access denied"** — You must be an owner or manager of the business profile
- **Reviews not syncing** — Wait up to 30 minutes for the first sync
